Breakfast is served in main restaurant, Fayrouz, from 7.00 - 10.00am. Open buffet breakfast includes an assortment of freshly backed croissants, danish cakes, cereals, skimmed & full cream milk and yogurt. Beverages include tea, coffee, hot chocolate, juices and mineral water, cheese station.Lunch in buffet style is served in the main restaurant from 13.00 - 15.00, which includes buffet favorites of cold & hot items. Buffet style Dinner is served in the main restaurant from 18.30 to 21:30 during Winter and from 19:00 to 22:00 during the Summer which includes international theme nights. There is a variety of cold and hot buffet offering a la minute station.

Beverages are self served by glass including soft drinks, tea & coffee, beer, local alcoholic spirits, gin, vodka, rum, whisky and are served in the following locations: Main restaurant during meal times, Rosetta Bar from 10:00 till sunset and the Aida Bar from 10:00 till 23:00. Amphitheatre bar serves soft drinks, beer and water during show time. Please note that Wine is served only during lunch & dinner.
FREE SNACKS
Late morning snacks served at Tiran Restaurant or Rosetta Pool Bar from 10:00 till 12:00. Sunset snacks will be served at Tiran Restaurant or Rosetta Pool Bar from 15:00 until the main restaurant opens. Tea time served in Rosetta Pool Bar or Sinai Lounge (depending on the weather) from 17:00 till 18:00.
